Growing up in Peru, my first working experience came from working for my Dad, who owns a small insurance brokerage. I’ve always understood the importance of protecting what you value the most. I later pivoted to the health insurance industry. I have over 12 years in the insurance industry and love that I was able to combine forces with my wife. She was a health professional for 6 years as a nurse prior to joining me and both of our experiences make us a great team!

I was a nurse for 6 years and saw just how important having health insurance truly is. Throughout my nursing career I saw so many patients stress over the in and outs of not knowing if they were covered or not with their health insurance. Watching Nico have the ability to give individuals, families, and small businesses a peace of mind in regards to their health was eye opening. It did not take much convincing for me to join him and continue with my passion to work and help people every day.
